Two One Hour Branding Consultations (via Zoom) – The initial consultation occurs after payment is received. An editing consultation occurs after the client receives the first version of the Branding Guide.
About a week after the consultation, expect an email with the first version of your Branding Guide containing 2 logo designs, either one or 2 submarks (circular logos intended for use in small spaces) – both referred to as “art”, inspiration images and proposed color palette.
At this time, the editing consultation (via Zoom) is scheduled. During the meeting, we discuss the changes you would like to the art. Many times, my clients gain a better perspective and understanding when they’re able to see the design process from the inside, as I share the artboards on my screen during the call.
At the end of the call, you choose 1 of the logo designs/submarks to be edited and let me know the changes you’d like to see on the final products.
Within the next week, you’ll receive an updated version of your Branding Guide with the changes you requested.
You have a final round of editing for small changes to the logos – communicated via email or phone call.
At least one of the logos will be designed as a submark that fits inside a square or circular social media profile image.
Your final package includes the two pieces of art – a main logo and a submark, a final Branding Guide showing the art, your color palette with web and print codes for each color, fonts used in your logo and any patterns used in your design. The main logo will be delivered in a variety of arrangements – horizontal, vertical, etc. – this varies depending on the logo. All art is delivered in a zip file in color and also black and white versions in the PNG format on white and also transparent backgrounds.
Main logo can also be delivered in an SVG format, if requested. Original Adobe Illustrator files will be kept by the designer in archive files for 5 years after the project is complete. This allows for quicker service on future design projects for the client. The Illustrator file can be delivered to the client for an extra charge.
